Job summary

NedGraphics, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to own QA across our product portfolio and to lead a team of 5 QA engineers. You will partner with the VP of Engineering and the R&D organization to raise quality standards in a remote, senior leadership role.

This position is fully remote and open to candidates in the EU and UK, with a focus on automation, AI-assisted testing, and scalable QA processes to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or managing a QA team.
• Hands-on background in software testing for desktop apps.
• Experience building or transforming QA strategy.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools desirable.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and own QA strategy across product portfolios.
• Lead transformation to automation-first, AI-enabled QA.
• Build a quality-focused culture within the engineering org.
• Establish standards, processes, quality gates for releases.
• Work with engineers and PMs to integrate QA in lifecycle.
• Manage a team of 5 QA engineers and support their development.
• Expand automation coverage and AI-assisted testing.
• Contribute to test design, execution and defect analysis.
