Job summary
CoverGo | Insurtech is seeking a senior QA leader to shape and own the quality strategy for our AI-native insurance platform. This 100% remote role enables global collaboration with a diverse team and direct reporting to the Head of QA, giving you real influence over how we build and release software.
You will drive testing governance, scale automation, and lead QA leads across multiple squads. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software QA, hands-on JS/.NET testing tooling, and a proven track
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in software QA with manual and automated testing.
- Experience in insurance or regulated industries is a plus.
- Proven track record establishing QA processes and standards across an organization.
- Experience presenting QA metrics to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee testing lifecycle across multiple teams and projects.
- Define and enforce QA processes and standards.
- Lead automation initiatives and CI integration.
- Provide executive QA insights and dashboards to leadership.
- Mentor QA Leads and engineers; foster growth.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Business Analysts.
