Job summary

NedGraphics Software is seeking a senior QA leader to own quality across our product portfolio. You will lead a team of 5 QA engineers, partner with the VP Engineering and R&D to shape the QA function, and drive automation and AI-assisted testing initiatives.

This fully remote role welcomes EU and UK candidates, offering close collaboration with a strong engineering team and a performance-driven culture designed to raise the bar on software quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or managing a QA team and transforming QA functions.
• Ability to design and execute a QA strategy and set direction.
• Hands‑on software testing background for desktop apps.
• Experience with UI desktop test automation frameworks.
• Proficient in Python and shell scripting for test automation.
• Ability to integrate QA with AI-enabled build flows and cloud agents.
• Excellent communication across engineers, PMs and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the QA strategy across NedGraphics and Optitex portfolios.
• Lead a transformation to automation-first, AI-enabled QA with milestones.
• Build a quality-focused culture within the engineering organization.
• Establish standards, processes, and quality gates for releases.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and Product Managers to integrate QA across development cycle.
• Develop team members and manage performance for 5 engineers.
• Hands-on leadership: 1:1s and career development.
