Job summary

CoverGo is seeking a senior QA leader to own and shape the QA function for a rapidly growing, AI-native insurance platform. You will oversee testing across multiple teams, drive automation, and partner with engineering, product, and business analysts to ensure quality from design through release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software QA experience, including 2+ years directly managing QA Leads or multi-team QA
• Experience in regulated or complex industries is a strong plus
• Proven track record establishing QA processes, tooling, and standards across an organization
• Experience presenting quality metrics to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Provide full oversight of testing lifecycle across multiple teams and projects, defining QA processes and standardizing tools
• Establish and refine QA processes, procedures, and standards for testing products
• Ensure scalable test infrastructure and expand testing to performance, security, and compliance domains
• Identify quality gaps, run trend analyses, and communicate risks to release plans
• Deliver executive QA insights and dashboards to Head of QA and leadership
• Lead and mentor QA Leads and senior engineers, plan succession, and foster technical leadership
• Drive agile testing practices and quality awareness across the product lifecycle
• Oversee automation implementation and cross-functional collaboration to shape testing strategies
