Job summary

KNN Digital Media Inc. is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead creative strategy and briefs for our DTC brands, with a focus on paid social advertising, especially Meta.

You will blend consumer psychology with performance data to develop high-quality creative concepts and scripts. You will work with the Performance Creative Team and media buyers to test, refine, and scale winning ideas, ensuring assets stay aligned with brand positioning and campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance creative strategy and advertising for DTC brands.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles and creative development.
• Experience creating concepts, hooks, scripts, and briefs for paid social.
• Solid knowledge of Meta ad formats and factors influencing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-driven strategies for paid social campaigns (Meta).
• Research consumer motivations and purchasing behaviors to craft compelling angles.
• Translate insights into hooks, concepts, scripts, and creative briefs.
• Collaborate with designers and media buyers to produce assets aligning with strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate with new concepts and creative variations.
