Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead ideation, scripting, planning and management of the creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high-converting direct response ads. The role focuses on scaling performance across paid channels with a heavy emphasis on VSLs and AI-driven concepts.

You will work remotely, coordinating with founders and marketing to produce high-volume, high-quality creatives weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct response performance creative experience.
• Deep DTC experience with performance creative.
• Proven VSL copywriting experience for DR/performance brands.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs and delivering volume in a week.
• Runs a current AI stack in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefings end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
