KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to lead ideation, scripting, planning and management of the full creative process. Focus on Meta VSLs, UGC ads and high-converting direct response ads across paid channels, with $2M+ monthly ad spend and rapid weekly output.

The role requires 3+ years of DTC performance creative experience, AI stack proficiency, and strong VSL copywriting skills to deliver volume and quality in the same week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in performance creative for DTC brands or agencies.
• Proven VSL copywriting experience for direct response campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into action.

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefs end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video campaigns.
• Partner with editors and marketers to test and iterate.
• Iterate strategy based on performance data across platforms.
