Shiny Wipes, a fast-growing 8-figure DTC cleaning brand, is hiring a Performance Creative Strategist. You’ll own the process from research and ideation to scripting, briefing, analysis, and iteration with a heavy focus on Meta Ads and direct-response creative.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on performance creative experience with DTC/e-commerce or agency.
• Deep Meta Ads experience and strong metrics literacy (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPM).
• Expertise in direct-response copywriting and consumer psychology.
• Ability to turn customer insights into winning creative concepts.
• Proven track record of strategizing creatives with clear performance rationale.
• AI-native workflow using modern tools for research, scripting, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop winning creative concepts, hooks, scripts, offers for Meta ads.
• Research customers and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Script and brief ads for UGC, demos, VSLs, testimonials, and more.
• Produce 15–20+ high-quality creative concepts/briefs per week.
• Analyze performance data to iterate and improve creatives.
• Collaborate with founders, media buyers, editors, designers, content creators.
• Help continuously improve the creative research, production, testing, and iteration process.
