Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to ideate, script, plan, and manage the creative process focused on Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high-converting DR ads across paid channels.

With 3+ years of DTC experience, you will lead full-funnel creative, brief VSLs, and drive volume and quality weekly. Remote role with generous performance bonus structure and a strong collaboration with founders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or agencies.
• Deep DTC experience in VSLs and direct response.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs and producing high-volume, high-quality output.
• Experience running an AI stack in production and using data to optimize creatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creative process from scripting to final creatives to produce high-converting assets.
• Improve core advertising metrics across paid channels through creative testing and optimization.
• Develop VSL briefs and AI-driven concepts for paid video.
• Provide monthly/quarterly creative performance reports and strategic recommendations.
