Huzzle is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead the development of high-performing ad creatives across paid social channels. You’ll own the creative strategy lifecycle—from ideation and testing to scaling winning concepts—working closely with media buyers, designers, and clients.

This fully remote role offers the chance to shape campaigns for global brands and to advance toward Creative Director, with performance-based bonuses tied to campaign success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns through high‑performing ad creatives.
• Strong understanding of paid social platforms and direct response marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven creative strategies for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
• Lead creative ideation, briefing, and testing frameworks to improve ad performance.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate on winning concepts.
• Collaborate with media buyers and performance marketers to align creative with campaign goals.
• Work with designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce high‑converting assets.
• Present strategy, insights, and results to internal teams and clients.
