Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking an organized Operations Associate to manage inventory, coordinate purchasing, and streamline data across functions as the company scales. You will report to the Operations Manager and partner with global suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

In this remote-first role, you’ll improve SOPs, support forecasts, and help drive cross-functional projects while maintaining strong data integrity and proactive communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain operations, inventory management, or data-heavy operational roles in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite).
• Comfort with large data sets, complex data and formulas, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly end-on-hand and sell-through updates and Slack announcements.
• Spot-check planning file formulas, catch errors, flag stock-out risk and reorder points.
• Support forecast reviews, new SKU setup, and syncing approved marketing promos.
• Track order ETAs and align timelines across teams.
• Own day-to-day contact for global suppliers; place orders and confirm delivery dates.
• Track ClickUp tasks and ERP POs; coordinate quotes and delivery with freight forwarders.
• Manage PO and Shipping process.
• Manage vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Partner with internal departments to drive task completion and align production timelines.
• Keep PO/Shipping status updated for cross-team visibility.
• Evaluate workflows to improve SOPs with Loom walkthroughs.
• Assist leadership and OPS with ad-hoc projects and admin needs.
