Job summary

Scale Jet is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to act as the logistics engine, owning end-to-end execution across suppliers, freight, inventory, and fulfillment. You will build systems and AI-driven workflows to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making, while driving a high-performance culture.

The role offers full-time remote work with significant autonomy, ownership of KPI-driven execution, and opportunities to scale with a fast-growing eCommerce company in the Patient Care space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA operations.
• Experience managing overseas suppliers and freight with multiple forwarders.
• Experience leading a team (minimum 2 direct reports).
• Hands-on experience building SOPs and improving processes.
• Experience building AI tools or automations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain execution and pipeline visibility across suppliers and freight.
• Deliver live pipeline visibility incl. warehouse status and ETA.
• Maintain rolling 12-week supply plan with AI risk detection.
• Drive financial discipline with AI-enhanced cost analytics.
• Lead and develop the operations team with KPI ownership.
