Job summary

Whizz seeks a Head of Inventory Management to own and optimize stock across our Jersey warehouse and city shops. This fully remote role requires aligning parts flow, implementing min/max controls, and driving a structured warehouse operation.

You will lead the inventory team, document processes, and work with IT to tailor our ERP for efficient receiving, transfers, counts, and a reusable parts program. English and Russian are needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory or warehouse management.
• Experience with an ERP or a WMS and ability to assess issues.

Responsibilities

• Get stock records to match reality across Jersey and city shops; run regular counts.
• Set min and max levels for parts and plan purchasing accordingly.
• Document warehouse processes and drive adherence across teams.
• Launch and manage the used parts program; coordinate repairs and reintegration.
• Manage the inventory team and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with developers on warehouse ERP features and ensure implementation.
