Job summary

Infra One is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to manage contract drafting, compliance checks, and legal coordination for global activities. This 100% remote role offers regional coverage through rotation, ensuring legal support across time zones.

You will draft, review, and manage agreements with sponsors, vendors, and partners, while supporting due diligence and template management across regions.

Qualifications

• Law degree with 3+ years of corporate or commercial law experience.
• Strong understanding of international contracts and cross-border compliance.
• Fluent in English (C1); other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and standardize agreements for sponsorships, vendors, and partners.
• Support compliance processes and document due diligence.
• Provide quick legal insights to operational and executive teams across regions.
• Maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates and signed contracts.
• Coordinate with external counsel when needed.
• Participate in daily handovers to ensure global continuity of legal support.
