Job summary

iRESTORE is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale creator partnerships for Body and Skin products. You will own the full partnership lifecycle from discovery and outreach to negotiations, contracts, briefs, approvals, and performance analysis, reporting to the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager within Growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of influencer/creator marketing experience in DTC/e-commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications.
• Proven track record in end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Experience engaging with influencers, talent managers, agencies across social platforms.
• Knowledge of creator economics, terms, and paid amplification.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written communication and data-driven decision making.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day influencer strategy and campaign execution for Body and Skin products.
• Identify and recruit creators aligned with brand and growth objectives.
• Manage the full creator partnership lifecycle: outreach, briefs, contracts, briefs, approvals, posting schedules, and payment coordination.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, agents, agencies, and other external partners.
• Develop campaign briefs that translate product positioning and business goals into compelling content.
• Partner with Performance Creative and Paid Media to identify high-performing creator content for paid amplification.
• Secure and track content usage rights, paid media permissions, and creator whitelisting.
• Monitor campaign performance across content output, engagement, traffic, customer acquisition, revenue.
• Use performance insights to improve creator selection, campaign concepts, and budgeting.
• Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, timelines, contracts, content libraries, and reporting.
• Stay current on creator trends, platforms, and new partnership opportunities.
