Job summary

Scale Jet, a premium pet brand, seeks an Inventory & Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end supply chain, freight management, Amazon FBA coordination, and inventory forecasting for a fast-paced, international e-commerce operation. This full-time remote role requires hands-on experience in e-commerce logistics and optimization.

You will manage shipments, coordinate with factories and 3PLs, and forecast stock levels to prevent shortages while reducing costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or Amazon inventory management.
• Proven ability to manage complex shipments and multi-stage fulfillment workflows across international markets.
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA processes and multi-channel e-commerce operations.
• Advanced analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret SKU-level forecasting and inventory models.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order placement with factories and track progress to completion.
• Negotiate quotes from freight forwarders and select optimal sea freight.
• Design loading configurations for shipping containers to maximize space and reduce costs.
• Oversee loading process with factories and freight partners.
• Track global shipments and mitigate delays.
