Job summary

Scale Jet is seeking an Inventory Planning & Operations Analyst (Data Analyst) to manage inventory accuracy and stock planning across ERP, Amazon, and 3PLs. The role blends hands-on execution with process improvement, focusing on aligning data across systems and supporting replenishment planning.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, experience in inventory control, and a process-driven mindset. This position offers remote work and cross-functional collaboration with an international team.

Qualifications

Strong Excel skills and experience with inventory control.
Experience with ERP-related workflows and logistics support.
Exposure to supply chain planning and stock replenishment concepts.
Able to identify automation opportunities and work with external partners.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy across ERP, Amazon, 3PLs and warehouse workflows.
Reconcile stock transfers, adjustments and movements.
Perform recurring inventory reconciliations across internal tools, Amazon systems, ERP and warehouse data.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between Amazon records and stock data.
Update operational and reporting files related to stock, reorders and planning.
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on issues.
