Scale Jet is seeking an Inventory Planning & Operations Analyst (Data Analyst) to manage inventory accuracy and stock planning across ERP, Amazon, and 3PLs. The role blends hands-on execution with process improvement, focusing on aligning data across systems and supporting replenishment planning.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Excel skills and experience with inventory control.
• Experience with ERP-related workflows and logistics support.
• Exposure to supply chain planning and stock replenishment concepts.
• Able to identify automation opportunities and work with external partners.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.

Aufgaben

• Maintain inventory accuracy across ERP, Amazon, 3PLs and warehouse workflows.
• Reconcile stock transfers, adjustments and movements.
• Perform recurring inventory reconciliations across internal tools, Amazon systems, ERP and warehouse data.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between Amazon records and stock data.
• Update operational and reporting files related to stock, reorders and planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on issues.
