Concentrix is hiring for a full-time, remote customer service role from Poland. You will handle inquiries in English and calls in French or Polish, support both individual and business customers, and explain how electronics devices work to non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) both written and spoken.
• Fluent Polish (C2) both written and spoken.
• Very good English (B2/C1) both written and spoken.
• Technical understanding of electronics and devices.
• Ability to remain calm with challenging customers.
• Team player with good IT tool skills.
• Experience in customer service (B2B/B2C).
• Interest in new technology and electronics trends.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via e-mails in English and calls in French or Polish.
• Support international market for individual and business customers.
• Address complaints, post-warranty queries, and technical issues.
• Explain how electronics devices work to non-technical customers.
