Job summary

MDaudit is seeking a Manager of Training and Enablement to lead and direct the training program across customer-facing and internal teams. The role designs and develops eLearning modules to support product features and drive adoption, while providing one-on-one training to accelerate implementation success.

The position drives the expansion of services, collaborates with CE and Marketing, and evolves the LMS to meet new product needs, with a remote-first modality and up to 15% travel as required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 5 years of training experience and leading.
• Experience building and maintaining eLearnings.
• Experience launching and scaling a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in instructional design, including objectives and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the training program across customer-facing and internal teams.
• Design and develop eLearning modules aligned with product features.
• Provide one-on-one training to accelerate product adoption and troubleshoot.
• Expand Optimization Menu of Services and collaborate with CE and Marketing.
• Oversee LEARN LMS platform evolution to support new products and services.
• Drive team metrics to meet revenue goals annually.
• Assess training effectiveness via customer satisfaction and NPS surveys.
