Job summary

Medrio is hiring a Customer Enablement Specialist to help customers adopt Medrio software and develop the skills to use it confidently. You will build user guides, knowledge articles, and curricula that power self-service learning, and you will lead live training sessions to answer real-time questions so customers can configure Medrio to fit their protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2–4 years in customer education, training, or SaaS/software.
Ability to learn, configure, and troubleshoot software.
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate technical concepts.
Experience delivering live training to external audiences.
Strong organizational skills managing multiple content projects.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Write and maintain product user guides, knowledge base articles, and best practice guides.
Draft release notes explaining new features and changes.
Design curricula and structured content for instructor-led and self-paced training paths.
Keep documentation content current with product evolution in collaboration with Product and Support teams.
Training Delivery: Deliver live training sessions to customers, onboarding and ongoing education.
Facilitate webinars and workshops to build proficiency and confidence with Medrio products.
Adapt training for different audiences and customer needs.
Respond to customer how-to questions and troubleshoot configuration issues in training contexts.
