Job summary

Smart Apartment Data is seeking a seasoned customer success leader to design and execute our onboarding, training, and retention program from scratch. You’ll act as a project manager for the customer journey, ensuring the right steps happen at the right time across teams.

This remote role welcomes candidates in Latin America or Europe and offers a fully remote setup; English proficiency and a track record of managing complex processes are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience managing people or complex processes.
• Proven ability to take on responsibility without close supervision.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A career pattern showing sustained interest in this type of work.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding-to-retention workflow.
• Direct follow-ups and check-ins to catch and solve problems early.
• Coordinate across sales, accounting, and product as issues arise.
• Build the systems and processes as you go — this role isn't fully defined yet.
• Report progress and flag issues before they become bigger problems.
