Time To Changes is expanding its global team and invites professionals seeking leadership, personal development, and the chance to mentor others. This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity, performance-based, with structured onboarding and ongoing training.

You will support clients through growth conversations, engage with prospects using provided tools, and develop skills in leadership, communication, and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals participating in structured personal development programs.
• Facilitate goal-focused conversations centred on growth and direction.
• Engage with prospective clients using provided tools and templates.
• Develop leadership, communication and digital engagement skills.
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development.
• Attract prospective clients via Social Media and other digital platforms.
