Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist – EMEA to partner with leaders, learning professionals, and operations across the region to enhance the employee learning experience and strengthen global alignment. In this highly visible role, you will identify training needs, drive learning initiatives, support compliance readiness, and ensure sites have tools and capabilities to succeed.

You will lead trainer qualification programs, onboarding, and regional learning workshops, delivering impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing training or learning programs across multiple countries or locations.
• Experience in training development in GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, consulting and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across cultures and levels of an organization.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and capability development needs across EMEA.
• Align regional learning needs with global programs.
• Drive regional learning initiatives, standardization, and best-practice sharing.
• Support Learning Professionals and site leaders in GMP and compliance training delivery.
• Analyze training metrics and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and reduce risk.
• Act as regional SME for learning systems, tools, processes, and programs.
• Deliver trainer qualification programs, onboarding, and learning workshops across the region.
