Job summary

n8n is hiring a highly technical educator to serve as the technical anchor of our Scaled Enterprise CS team. In this IC role, you’ll design and lead one-to-many enablement sessions, host live office hours, and develop advanced workflow templates and technical documentation to scale enterprise success.

You’ll own patterns for error handling, AI agents, self-hosting at scale, security and governance, and best practices, while triaging customer questions in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript and workflow automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integrations between backend systems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for audiences of 50+ engineers, developers or ops leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run the technical programs: lead weekly office hours and monthly deep-dive webinars on enterprise patterns.
• Own the enterprise Slack channel: triage, answer, and elevate to Product when needed.
• Help with activation calls to unblock customers and enable self-serve adoption.
• Build reference workflows, patterns, and security/governance guides for cross-team use.
• Create advanced use-case templates, tutorials, and documentation for the Digital CS team to distribute.
• Develop internal automations and health signals to improve retention and reduce churn.
• Synthesize customer friction and feed feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
