Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with IT capabilities to join a migration project for the DCX ecosystem, supporting our IT team in Spain. You will lead the initiative from the IT perspective, ensuring alignment between IT stakeholders and other functions involved in the project.

This remote role offers flexible work across regions. You will manage scope, timeline, risks and deliverables, drive standardization and harmonization, and coordinate the rollout of the global

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, particularly in IT migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management across global and local teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish to facilitate communication with Spain stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DCX migration project from the IT perspective.
• Align global and local IT and business stakeholders across functions.
• Drive standardization and harmonization toward one global solution and operating model.
• Coordinate rollout of the new global standard and migration to the latest version.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
• Ensure successful deployment and adoption while minimizing business disruption.
