Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with IT migration expertise to join a migration project for the DCX ecosystem, supporting teams in Spain. The role oversees the project from an IT perspective, ensuring alignment with IT stakeholders and business functions across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT migration projects.
• Deep expertise in using IT tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Atlassian Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across global and local teams; fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Leading the DCX ecosystem migration project from the IT perspective.
• Managing and aligning global and local stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• Driving standardization and harmonization of all markets towards one global solution and operating model.
• Coordinating the rollout of the new global standard and migration to the latest version.
• Managing project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
• Ensuring successful deployment and adoption while minimizing business disruption.
