Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with IT capabilities to join a migration project for the DCX ecosystem, supporting our IT team in Spain. You will lead the initiative from the IT perspective, ensuring alignment between IT stakeholders and other functions involved.

This remote role offers flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to drive global standardization across regions, coordinating rollout and ensuring minimal business disruption while delivering key milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, especially IT migrations.
• Deep experience with Salesforce, JIRA and Atlassian Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management across global and local teams.
• Spanish language proficiency to communicate with Spain stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DCX ecosystem migration project from the IT perspective.
• Align global and local stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of markets toward one global solution.
• Coordinate rollout of the new global standard and migration to latest version.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Ensure deployment and adoption with minimal business disruption.
