Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with IT migration expertise to support a migration project for the DCX ecosystem, coordinating IT and business functions across regions. The role is remote and requires strong IT program management skills and collaboration with global teams.

The ideal candidate will manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring smooth deployment with minimal business disruption. Fluency in Spanish and advanced English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, especially in IT migration projects.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across global and local teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish to facilitate communication with Spain-based stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Leading the DCX ecosystem migration project from the IT perspective
• Managing and aligning global and local stakeholders across IT and business functions
• Driving standardization and harmonization of all markets towards one global solution and operating model
• Coordinating the rollout of the new global standard and migration to the latest version
• Managing project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables
• Ensuring successful deployment and adoption while minimizing business disruption
