Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with IT migration expertise to support a migration initiative in the DCX ecosystem. You will oversee the project from an IT perspective, ensuring alignment between IT and business stakeholders while coordinating global and local teams.

The role is remote, offering flexible work arrangements across regions. Strong IT transformation background and excellent English/Spanish communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with IT migration focus.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management across global and local teams.
• Spanish proficiency to coordinate with stakeholders in Spain.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DCX ecosystem migration project from the IT perspective.
• Align global and local IT and business stakeholders.
• Drive standardization and harmonization towards one global solution and operating model.
• Coordinate rollout of the new global standard and migration to latest version.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies and key deliverables.
• Ensure successful deployment and adoption while minimizing business disruption.
