Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with IT migration expertise to join a DCX ecosystem migration project supporting our IT team in Spain. You will lead the initiative from the IT perspective, aligning IT stakeholders and business functions across regions.

This remote role requires 5+ years in IT migration projects, hands-on experience with Salesforce, JIRA and Confluence, strong stakeholder management, and Spanish and English fluency to communicate with Spain and global

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, especially IT migration projects.
Deep expertise in using Salesforce, JIRA, and Atlassian Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management skills across global and local teams.
Proficiency in Spanish to facilitate communication with stakeholders in Spain.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Lead the DCX ecosystem migration project from the IT perspective.
Manage and align global and local stakeholders across IT and business functions.
Drive standardization and harmonization of all markets toward one global solution and operating model.
Coordinate rollout of the new global standard and migration to the latest version.
Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
Ensure successful deployment and adoption while minimizing business disruption.
