Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for an experienced Project Manager with IT capabilities to join a migration project for the DCX ecosystem, supporting our IT team in Spain. You will lead the initiative from the IT perspective, ensuring alignment between IT stakeholders and other functions involved in the project.

This remote role enables you to drive standardization across regions, manage risks, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinate rollout of the latest global solution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT migration projects.
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management across global/local teams.
• Spanish language proficiency for Spain stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DCX ecosystem migration project from the IT perspective.
• Align global and local stakeholders across IT and business.
• Drive standardization towards one global solution and operating model.
• Coordinate rollout of the new global standard and migration to the latest version.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure deployment and adoption while minimizing business disruption.
