Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with IT migration expertise to join a DCX ecosystem migration project supporting our IT team in Spain. You will lead the initiative from the IT perspective, ensuring alignment between IT stakeholders and business functions across regions.

The role is remote with flexible working arrangements and requires strong IT project management skills, experience with Salesforce, Jira and Confluence, and fluency in English and Spanish to facilitate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management and migrations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to align IT with business stakeholders across regions.
• English advanced; Spanish proficiency required for Spain stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DCX migration project from an IT perspective.
• Coordinate global and local IT and business stakeholders.
• Align markets to a single global solution and operating model.
• Oversee rollout of the new global standard and migration.
• Manage scope, timeline, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Ensure deployment success and minimize business disruption.
