Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with IT migration expertise to join a global migration initiative across the DCX ecosystem. You will lead the IT perspective, coordinating with global and local teams and driving standardization across markets.

The role is remote, offering flexible work arrangements. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to liaise with stakeholders in Spain, with a strong focus on delivery and minimal business disruption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in IT migration projects.
• Deep expertise in using IT tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Atlassian Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in aligning priorities and objectives across global and local teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish to facilitate communication with stakeholders in Spain.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Leading the DCX ecosystem migration project from the IT perspective
• Managing and aligning global and local stakeholders across IT and business functions
• Driving standardization and harmonization of all markets towards one global solution and operating model
• Coordinating the rollout of the new global standard and migration to the latest version
• Managing project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables
• Ensuring successful deployment and adoption while minimizing business disruption
