Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with an IT focus to join a migration project for the DCX ecosystem, supporting our IT team in Spain. You will lead the initiative from the IT perspective, ensuring alignment between IT stakeholders and other functions involved in the project.

This remote role offers flexibility to drive impactful changes across regions, spanning IT transformation and migration governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with IT migration projects.
• Deep expertise using Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management across global and local teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish and advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DCX migration project from the IT perspective.
• Align global and local stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• Drive standardization toward a single global solution and operating model.
• Coordinate rollout of the new global standard and migration to latest version.
• Manage scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure deployment and adoption with minimal business disruption.
