Cyclad is hiring a Technical Travel Specialist to support IT clients remotely from Poland. You will lead testing, onboarding, and post-implementation support across international teams, ensuring smooth client experiences and successful go-lives.

The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment. Onboarding occurs in the office on day one, with fully remote work thereafter.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical customer support or service delivery.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience onboarding clients and coordinating with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for new client implementations.
• Support onboarding and ensure go-live readiness.
• Provide post-implementation support until the client reaches steady state.
• Coordinate with Product and Service Delivery teams to implement new functionalities.
