Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Client Technical Support Specialist in a hybrid role in Poland. You will act as a key liaison between clients, product teams, and service delivery, ensuring onboarding, technical implementation, and ongoing support.

You will lead testing, assist with onboarding calls, map profiles, and troubleshoot post-implementation issues while collaborating with Product and Service Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a technical support, implementation, or client-facing tech role.
• At least 5 years in the business travel and/or airline industry; proficient with Amadeus (GDS).
• Fluent in German and English; strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience onboarding customers and implementing processes in travel tech or related tech services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing and go-live sign-off for new client implementations.
• Assist on client onboarding calls, manage profile imports, identify gaps or errors.
• Provide post-implementation support until steady state is achieved; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to develop new functionalities and test fixes.
• Support Service Delivery by escalating issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
• Contribute technical insight to large cross-functional projects.
• Apply analytical thinking to research and resolve complex issues with limited initial data.
