Polcode in Poland is seeking an experienced Project / Product Delivery Manager to own delivery across multiple IT products end-to-end. You will coordinate discovery, scope, and client partnerships while guiding cross-functional teams.

Join a remote-first team with occasional trips to Warszawa and direct collaboration with international clients. You’ll manage 2–5 projects simultaneously, shaping delivery approach and ensuring value delivery with strong communication and ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT project or product management.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end software delivery projects with full ownership.
• Strong experience in client-facing roles with full ownership of communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of IT products across their full lifecycle.
• Lead discovery processes and influence product direction when needed.
• Take full ownership of project delivery, selecting tools and techniques that fit the situation.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of development teams.
• Keep stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, and changes.
• Ensure delivered solutions match real business needs.
