D-ploy is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical troubleshooting for hardware and software, assist end users, and document all interactions in ServiceNow. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Language skills: fluent Polish and fluent English.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, mobile devices and IT tools.
• Handle first and second level IT support – calls, tickets, user interactions.
• Respond promptly to IT questions from end-users.
• Document interactions in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
