Job summary

Remote is seeking a Specialist in Onboarding Operations to enhance the onboarding journey for our global client teams. You will own end-to-end processes, ensure compliant documentation, and work with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll to deliver a seamless experience for employees worldwide.

You will report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations and thrive in a fast-paced, remote, international team. Strong English, collaboration, and problem-solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in operations and people management.
• Experience with employment contracts and legal documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English in business contexts.
• Comfort with asynchronous collaboration tools and remote work environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey for new employees with a focus on compliance and documentation.
• Own the entire onboarding lifecycle and address employee queries throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Continuously seek and implement improvements to the onboarding experience.
• Manage and maintain employee data with accuracy and security.
• Support audits, reporting and data integrity initiatives in line with compliance policies.
• Identify and promote automation opportunities to streamline onboarding processes.
