BW Internal Hiring is looking for a Staff Services Partner to bridge clients and remote staff in Poland. This role will ensure seamless collaboration by assisting contractors in meeting obligations, monitoring timesheets, and managing onboarding/offboarding processes. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in HR or remote staff management, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at project management tools. This position offers a permanent work-from-home setup, allowing for flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in remote staff management or HR operations.
• Demonstrated experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Proven ability to monitor staff time logs and conduct check-ins.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in workflow and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor onboarding and offboarding pipelines for smooth transitions.
• Support up to 95 contractors while ensuring accurate timesheet management.
• Conduct offboarding discussions and guide contractors through the process.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring client-reported requests.
