Job summary

Polcode Sp. z o.o is seeking an experienced Project / Product Delivery Manager to own delivery of multiple IT products end-to-end.

The role is 100% remote with occasional business trips or in our Warszawa office; you’ll coordinate 2–5 projects at various stages, building strong, trust-based relationships with international clients. You’ll lead discovery, shape scope and ways of working, plan and supervise development teams, manage risks, and keep stakeholders updated.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project or product management experience.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end software delivery with full ownership from kickoff to delivery.
• Strong client-facing experience with ownership of communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of IT products across their full lifecycle.
• Work with clients worldwide and build long-term relationships.
• Lead discovery processes and influence product direction when needed.
• Take full ownership of project delivery, selecting tools and techniques that fit the situation.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of development teams.
• Keep stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, and changes.
• Ensure delivered solutions match real business needs.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously (2–5).
• Identify risks early and communicate them clearly.
• Be open to occasional business trips and in-person client meetings.
• Solve everyday challenges and support the team with your experience.
