Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Consultant to join our team. Working remotely, you’ll manage warm customer enquiries, build relationships, answer questions and turn opportunities into confirmed bookings.

With 100% remote work, you’ll leverage CRM to manage activity, hit sales targets, and work independently in a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
• Professional written and verbal English.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Resilient and comfortable with rejection.
• Proven success in phone-based sales.
• Target-driven with a history of achieving results.
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• CRM experience.
• Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills.
• Own reliable laptop or desktop.
