Job summary

Antal Poland is seeking an HR Transformation Senior Manager with German proficiency for a fully remote role. The position targets immediate availability or a maximum two weeks notice.

You will lead HR transformation programmes and ensure smooth transition of HR processes into optimised operating models within a global services context. Responsibilities include delivering HR transformation across feasibility to implementation, supporting Shared Services/GBS models, governance, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations within Shared Services or GBS environments.
• Experience in HR transition and transformation projects, including feasibility, design, implementation, migration.
• Strong project delivery experience across workstreams and programme execution.
• Experience with process migration, service transitions, or operating model design.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Support HR transformation and transition projects across the full lifecycle: feasibility, design, and implementation.
• Participate in setup, migration, and optimisation of HR Shared Services / GBS models.
• Assist in process transitions, knowledge transfer, stabilisation, and continuous improvement.
• Support governance, planning, and tracking across HR transformation initiatives.
• Manage HR data, reporting, and KPIs/SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation objectives.
