Job summary

Avantor is seeking an HR Process Analyst to support European HR Partners by mapping, analyzing, and transforming HR operational processes. The role focuses on consistency, knowledge quality, and readiness, especially where HR Shared Services and HR systems intersect, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR knowledge and strong understanding of HR processes.
• Experience or interest in HR operations or HR support functions.
• Exposure to HR Shared Services is an advantage.
• Understanding global/regional HR models and local execution.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and optimize local HR operational processes.
• Collaborate with HR teams to capture variations and realities.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical, implementable improvements.
• Integrate HR data from multiple systems for analysis.
• Prepare process docs and handover materials for ServiceNow-based models.
• Enhance employee experience with clearer self-service information.
• Maintain HR knowledge articles and standard checklists.
• Support HR topics like audit prep, job descriptions, and bonus letters.
• Identify automation opportunities and support digitalization projects.
• Analyze data flows between HR systems and recommend improvements.
