Job summary

VirtualResource B.V. is seeking a Polish-speaking HR Generalist/HRBP to support restructuring and change programmes.

You will handle consultation processes, translate materials, and manage HR documentation within a remote setup that can be based in Poland or remotely elsewhere with right to work. The role focuses on Polish labour code compliance, advisory support to leaders, and ensuring accurate HRIS records, including Workday.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or HRBP with restructuring/organisational change involvement.
• Knowledge of Polish Labour Code relating to redundancy consultations.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and translating HR docs between Polish and English.
• Empathetic communicator with strong documentation, record-keeping, and compliance skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• Able to work independently within a client team.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end restructuring delivery for Polish-speaking employee populations.
• Coordinate and administer consultation processes in line with Polish Labour Code.
• Translate and localise consultation materials between English and Polish.
• Support impact assessments and selection processes (A&S).
• Take accurate minutes of meetings and maintain case files and trackers.
• Issue formal notifications and settlement/termination docs per local requirements.
• Update Workday records across the restructuring lifecycle.
• Provide day-to-day HR generalist support to leaders and employees.
