We seek an HR Generalist/HRBP to support restructuring for Polish-speaking staff with advisory and administrative responsibilities. Based in Poland or elsewhere with the right to work, you will act as the primary contact for Polish-speaking employees,

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience as HR Generalist/Advisor/BP with involvement in restructuring, redundancy, or change programmes.
• Knowledge of Polish Labour Code requirements relating to redundancy consultations; translation of HR docs.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end restructuring and redundancy programmes for Polish-speaking staff.
• Coordinate consultations and prepare Polish/English materials.
• Maintain accurate case files, minutes, and HRIS updates.
• Provide day-to-day HR generalist support and guidance to leaders.
• Escalate complex issues to senior HRBPs or legal counsel.
