Job summary

Avantor is seeking an HR Process Analyst to support HR Partners across Europe by mapping, analyzing, and transforming HR operational processes. The role focuses on consistency, knowledge quality, and readiness, interacting with HR Shared Services and HR systems, while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience. Qualifications

• Generalist HR knowledge with understanding of HR processes and operational requirements.
• Experience or strong interest in HR operations or HR support functions.
• Experience with HR Shared Services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and document local HR operational processes.
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand processes and local variations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce risks.
• Analyze data flows between HR systems and propose improvements.
• Prepare process documentation and handover materials for ServiceNow-based models.
• Contribute to improving employee experience through clearer self-service solutions.
