Job summary

Eligo Recruitment in Poland is seeking an HR Transition Manager to lead the move of HR services into an internal GBS/Shared Services environment. This role focuses on transition lifecycle activities, from assessment to stabilisation and BAU handover, with emphasis on destination design and governance.

The successful candidate will drive process mapping, gap analysis, and migration plans across multi-country HR functions, including Hire-to-Retire and Payroll.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Transition / HR Transformation experience.
• Experience moving HR services into an internal GBS or Shared Services environment.
• Consultancy or client-facing transformation experience.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel to Germany as required.

HR Transition Manager | Poland | German Speaking

An international consultancy is looking for experienced HR Transition Managers in Poland to join a major GBS and Shared Services transformation programme.

We're looking for HR transformation professionals who have personally helped move HR services from local or country operations into an internal Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre.

This is not a BAU HR Operations role. You'll be working across the transition lifecycle, helping assess existing HR processes, design the transition approach and successfully migrate services into the new operating model.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading HR transitions from current-state assessment through to stabilisation and BAU handover
• Assessing and mapping existing HR processes and service delivery
• Supporting Target Operating Model and future-state design
• Identifying process, capability and operational gaps
• Developing transition plans and migration approaches
• Leading knowledge transfer and operational readiness
• Coordinating cutover, go-live and hypercare
• Managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies and transition governance
• Supporting standardisation and process improvement across HR services

Transitions could cover areas such as Hire-to-Retire, HR Administration, Payroll, Employee Lifecycle, Global Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, HR Data and Service Delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong HR Transition / HR Transformation experience
• Experience personally driving HR services into an internal GBS or Shared Services environment
• Consultancy, advisory or client-facing transformation experience
• Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models
• Experience across international or multi-country transformations
• Experience across assessment, planning, KT, cutover and stabilisation
• Fluent German and English
• Comfortable travelling to Germany as required

We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate what they personally owned within the transition, rather than simply having worked within a Shared Services environment.

Location: Poland

Working model: Remote/hybrid with travel to Germany as required

Salary: PLN 15,000–25,000 gross per month
