Job summary

Randstad Polska partners with a global engineering and assurance organization to hire an HR Advisor / People Consultant (German Speaker) who will advise business leaders in Germany on employee relations, performance management and German employment law.

The role offers a permanent contract with a hybrid work model in Poland or fully remote from anywhere in Poland, plus a 800 PLN/month Home Office allowance for long-distance.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (minimum B2), in writing and speaking.
• Strong working knowledge of German employment law.
• Experience in an HR Advisor/Generalist or similar advisory HR role.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and advising managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers across Germany.
• Support employee relations and performance management activities.
• Advise on German employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.
• Partner with People Partners and business leaders to deliver HR solutions.
• Support organisational change, recruitment, reward and other lifecycle activities.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across a global organisation.
• Ensure HR processes are delivered consistently and efficiently.
