MM Coaching Limited is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to own finance and administrative tasks across eight entities. This hands-on role covers bookkeeping, billing, contractor administration, and compliance, with minimal founder involvement.

You will report to the MD/CFO and work with external accountants, delivering timely financial packs and maintaining governance, records, and internal controls. Offering a fully remote position with a salary range of 3,500–5,000 USD per month and

Qualifications

• CA qualified with demonstrable hands-on experience in finance operations/bookkeeping.
• Strong Xero experience with multi-entity bookkeeping.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping across eight entities with monthly/annual cadence.
• Manage month-end close in Xero ensuring audit-ready records.
• Handle billing, contractor payments, and expense tracking.
• Maintain master compliance calendar and corporate records.
• Develop simple dashboards and process improvements.
